How to create a loyalty card

FlexyBeauty has many assets to make your customers loyal.

Indeed, we offer several types of loyalty cards :

  • The subscription card to systematically grant a discount
  • The point card that counts the number of visits
  • The point card based on the amount spent

Your customers will be able to check their points balance and future rewards on their receipt or even on their private area of the website (Plus, Boost and Luxury offer).

And if you want them to come back more often, you can set a short validity date that is extended at each visit and activate alerts sent automatically by texts.

Option: Text reminder of the expiration of the card.

With this option, you can send a text automatically to each customer to warn him that his card will soon expire. You can also define how many weeks before the expiration of the card the message should be sent. This works very well from a marketing point of view with the option " extended validity at each visit ".

These texts are billed as Marketing texts and appear under this designation in FlexyBeauty Billing. You can view the text sent via the "Texts sent" tab.

Typical message for a non-extended card at each visit:

Hello Delphine. Your Beauty Bar loyalty card will no longer be valid in 2 weeks. Ask for a new one at your next visit.

Typical message for a point card, extended at each visit:

Hello Delphine. Your Beauty Bar loyalty card will no longer be valid in 2 weeks. Come back soon so you do not lose your points!

Typical message for a card without points, extended at each visit:

Hello Delphine. Your Beauty Bar loyalty card will no longer be valid in 2 weeks. Come back soon so you do not lose your benefits!
