Online payments failures

When your customers pay online on your website, they will arrive on this Mangopay plateform.

When a customer bought something or made a reservation online, you will have a notification. You can access those notifications by clicking on the bell at the top right of your screen.

Then, you can go to Online payments and withdrawal to check if the payment was validated.

To get there, click on your name at the top right corner and click on Online payment and withdrawal.

Some payments may have the status "Failure".

Those failures result from bank errors and not from a problem with the website.

Here are the error messages you might get :

- Secure mode: 3DSecure authentification has failed

- Secure mode: 3DSecure authentification is not available

- Secure mode: 3DSecure authentification has expired

- The card has expired

- Lost card

- PsP technical error: technical problem from Mangopay
